Division of the Godrej Group, a $4B/yr conglomerate owned and led by the 3rd and 4th generations of the Godrej family.

  • Co-designed 88.5-acre master plan with the goal of healthy living; reduced mean temperature, healthier residents

  • Lead the financial analysis of 3-phase built-for-sale residential and capitalized assets (office, retail and civic)

  • Presented renewable energy public art installations from the Land Art Generator Initiative for onsite Taj Hotel

  • Structured reporting to company VPs and final presentation to be held with Godrej Group Chairman, Adi Godrej
